A reloaded version of The 12 Days of Fitmas. "Thrive in '25" is a fun, festive fitness challenge designed to keep people active and motivated to kickstart the new year!
The workouts will vary in length from one to 12 minutes… With bonus rounds if you need longer workouts… You’ll use various equipment. Some workouts will use none others might use small weights versus larger weights… You will do cardio, strength, training, mobility, flexibility, work.
Ashlee recommends small weights (2-5lbs), larger weights (8-15lbs), and a yoga mat. If you don't have this equipment, options will be given.
They are posted daily (by 3am) in the FB group.
You must check in “in comments” by 11:59pm that you completed the workout. The daily post reminds you to do so.
If you miss as a day no problem, you are NOT removed from group, you just are not added to the $$$ pot at the end.
